Consultation Overview:

The General Authority of Sports (GAS) commenced the trial of its e-services for sports federation in January 2024. In line with this, the official Sports portal of GAS provides access to these 24 electronic services. The key goal of this initiative is to support the automation of government agency services in the UAE. Furthermore, the move underscores the unwavering commitment of GAS to improve the national sports system and accelerate regulatory procedures within the country's sports sector. The trial e-services also highlight the Authority's aim to streamline procedures for players and national teams.

Objective:

Gather feedback from participants to evaluate the quality and accessibility of new e-services offered by GAS. The Authority will take appropriate measures and implement the changes suggested by participants to improve the quality of services.

Decisions:

The proposal will be evaluated and necessary changes to the accessibility and presentation of the services will be made. The alterations will be made in accordance with the feedback received from participants and the strategy of GAS.
