The United Arab Emirates (UAE) continues to garner the world’s confidence in various fields and among the most prestigious global specialized platforms. This is what is being highlighted by the announcement of the UAE’s victory, represented by the Ministry of Health and Prevention, by achieving number one ranking globally, among a number of accredited health establishments. The accomplishment represents a global, honorable achievement and an international recognition of efficiency. This milestone is also in line with the aspirations of the UAE Centennial 2071 goals to redefine the government’s role in serving the local communities and shaping the country’s future; establish one of the best the world's best health systems with innovative health services; and to integrate next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, nanotechnology, telehealth, and modern surgical services into the local health sector

The Joint Commission International (JCI), announced that the UAE is the first in the world to accredit 213 health facilities. The UAE has been ranked first in the number of accredited specialized centers; medical laboratories; specialized centers within the unified center's network system; primary health centers adopted within the unified center's network system; and home health facilities
