· The role of Mediation
and Conciliation Centers in the federal courts is to spread the spirit of
reconciliation and widen the range of community tolerance, and reach to
reconciliation and settlement by mutual consent, besides, implementing whatever
agreed upon by the parties guarantees the rights of the plaintiff to be delivered
in an easy and quick manner, the mediator listens to the parties and recognizes
both the points of agreement and conflict and tries to reach to a point at
which both parties agreed upon, then both parties, the mediator and the judge
will sign on the document that contains the consent.

The centers also
aim at reducing the number of the incoming cases to the courts to save time and
effort, quick cases disposition and achievement of Justice.
This counsel is
designed to learn the views and suggestions of the public about the centers and
their relevance to spread peace and reconciliation among the conflicting
parties.

The establishment of Civil Mediation Centers has resulted in an increase in disputes reconciliation ratios, the statistics indicate that the ratio of
reconciliation has increased from 31.1% in 2015 to 59.5% in 2018 as outlined below:
