The Authority continuously seeks to develop and improve the level of service performance in the customer centers to achieve the vision of the government in upgrading the environment of these centers in accordance with the program of Emirates Government Service Excellence, which is currently known as Global Star Rating Program. The system assesses and measures the performance of each service center on a two-to-seven-star rating scale through an official evaluation process.
