MOI is keen on involving the public on enriching and enhancing its provided services. That task is easier now due to MOI smart government and smart channels such as MOI smart app and portal. To achieve that MOI introduced "Opinions page" over its website to grant users and community the right to share their opinions.

Decisions can be expected
In February 2018, before launching the new MOI app version, the Ministry of Interior launched a campaign " Share your opinion on adding Smart Chat service to the Ministry of Interior application and suggest characteristics and services that meet your aspirations and ambitions "
The MoI has established a service channel to receive customers' inquiries and complaints round-the-clock, through the smart chat system, which has been linked with all service delivery channels, including the MoI's smart application, the Ministry's website, and the portal for preventive and safety measures services of the civil defense sector to meet the needs of customers and facilitate their access to information round-the-clock.
