The UAE
Government’s official portal, Government.ae is the official guide to living,
working, visiting and investing in the UAE. The aim of the portal is to act as
a one-stop shop for all government services and information and to contribute
in achieving Vision 2021 by providing a central channel for comprehensive
information and government services, enabling users to accomplish their
transactions through a unified platform.
The portal
includes a section on eParticipation, called Sharik.ae. This section includes
forums, blogs, surveys, polls and online chat in addition to links to the UAE
government entities' social media accounts on: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and
Instagram.

The UAE Government portal
team collected your feedback and suggestions. The following updates were made
accordingly:
First: Comments and
feedback of the visitors were extracted to be studied and implemented.
Second: Required
improvements were sorted into three categories: content enriching, usability
and direct communication with the UAE Government.
Third: The content of
the pages mentioned in the visitors’ comments was enriched and broken links
were fixed. Some page titles were modified, so that users can identify the content
of the page.
Fourth: Come features
were added for browsing pages faster without waiting for downloading. Important
topics were highlighted in the main pages of topics.
Fifth: A new service
of live chat with the UAE Government was added, so that visitors can instantly
receive answers to their enquiries.
